SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Locations: We within Australia only. Items can be posted to PO Boxes if required.
Processing your Order: Once you have completed your email you will be sent an order confirmation, please keep this email as proof as purchase. If delivery isturctions are required, please do not forget to add them to your order in the box provided.
Tracking Orders: All orders will be sent a tracking number (commonly by SMS), if you have not recieved your tracking number or order please call 0415516616 immediately.
Delivery & Dispatch Times: Orders are usually dispatched between 2-10 days, we are here to ensure your order is dispatched as soon as possible. Once dispatched your oder should be delivered within 3-14 working days.
Order Sent to Australian Address: Orders have a flat fee of $10.00
Order Sent outside of Australia: Postage charges will be calculated once order is placed.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to return a faulty item, please feel free to contact us and we will initiate a Return Number. Please note: we DO NOT offer a "change of mind" policy. Please return your item with the Proof of Purchase. If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, contact us.
We have a dedicated Customer Repair department for all of our own products and we always endeavour to provide up to date communication.
